On September 2nd, a gala reception was held at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day. The evening was hosted by His Excellency, Vietnamese Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai, and his wife.
Set against the unique backdrop of the Palace of Culture and Science in the heart of Warsaw, the event brought together representatives of the Polish government, the diplomatic corps, and distinguished guests from the cultural, scientific, and business communities.
Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai warmly welcomed attendees, highlighting the importance of Vietnam-Poland relations and the shared values that unite the two nations. Władysław T. Bartoszewski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing that the occasion was not only a celebration of Vietnam’s independence but also a testament to the enduring and increasingly significant bonds between the two countries.
In his remarks, Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai reflected on the historical importance of the day, recalling the birth of modern Vietnam.
