We will help Ukraine – we will ensure Europe’s security
The war in Ukraine is making European countries increasingly aware of how much remains to be done for common security. Diplomats, parliamentarians and businessmen discussed this at the annual Warsaw Security Forum.
The conference, organised by the Kazimierz Pulaski Foundation, took place in Warsaw on 1-2 October. It was attended by some 2,500 participants from 90 countries. Dozens of panel discussions addressed political and economic issues, with a particular focus on security for Europe – not only military, but also economic and energy security.
The war in Ukraine, now in its second and a half year, featured in almost every discussion at the Forum. Representatives of the highest Polish authorities present at the conference also spoke about it.
